What to expect during staging consultation.....

What to plan for
We will walk through your home in detail inside and out. Guidance and suggestions will be made as we move from space to space to get your home in the best position possible for the market. Do not feel as if you need to prepare your home for my arrival. A normal "pick up" or as you live daily is completely fine.

Are you planning any projects or to-do's
If you already have projects planned, such as painting, maintenance needs, a professional cleaner, or intend to replace flooring/do updating, we will want to know that and will discuss during the consultation.

What is included with the service
Photos will be taken periodically throughout, with your permission. These are used just as reference to refer back to in order to type your report. A detailed report, space by space, is inclusive and sent to the Realtor (or you) within 1-2 business days for review. The Realtor may not attend this appointment and we want to ensure they have full understanding of our conversation, so we generally prefer to send the report to them for review and to share with you. You will also receive a general staging tips print out at the time of our consultation.

Can you help with colors or selections
YES! If painting is needing to be done, color suggestions can be made inclusive of sending sample swatches to your home as part of the service. If you plan for flooring or any other items in which a contractor/vendor can be scheduled to arrive during the consultation, we will assist with those selections and make suggestions as well. We can go a step further and discuss any assistance in executing projects you have in mind as/if needed.
