The way a homeowner lives and decorates their home is very different from the way it should be marketed. Staged homes spend 78% less time on the market than homes that are not. The cost to prepare the home up front, and maximize the potential, is less than the cost of a price reduction.

With our proven process we identify and simplify the home selling experience which can be stressful and emotional for your clients, whether the home is vacant or occupied. Staging isn't just bringing furniture in to a vacant property. It also includes working with sellers who occupy the residence, providing advice, and working with them. We offer guidance as to how they need to prepare to sell their property, ensure it is competitive with other homes on the market, and help a buyer visualize themselves living in it.

We provide a variety of services that are tailored to each client.
